Martine Le Chénic
His specialty: Iyengar
After studying philosophy and Art History, Martine devoted herself to Yoga in 1972 with Sri BKS Iyengar in India.
In 1993, she studied Chinese energy arts and thus clarified her practice and the sacred path of inner exploration.
His teaching reflects a deep knowledge and understanding of the circulation of energy in the human body. Martine invites you on a journey from the physical to the sacred, on an inner pilgrimage.
Trained in manual therapies with JB Rishi and Japanese masters Namikoshi and Matsunaga, Martine teaches in hospitals and alternative medicine centers.
She is the author of “the subversive and sacred art of Yoga” published by Le Relié.
Constantinos Giannetakis
His specialty: Iyengar
To regain awareness of your body and assert your verticality, 7 days of intensive retreat with Constantinos Giannetakis. Greek teacher, he dedicated his life to yoga and working with the body and mind. A degree in psychology obtained at the faculty of Lille, trained in Iyengar by Martine le Chénic, he is certified as a teacher at the Iyengar school in London. Since then, he has developed his practice by integrating Taïchi and Chinese medicine. He teaches an alignment technique that clarifies the connection between asana and pranayama and particularly the opportunity to understand the mind through the body, nature and breathing. We learn to stand up on our sit bones, to work on our internal energy. Postures, visualizations, breathing and the 6 hours of daily practice go by too quickly...
