In 1993, she studied Chinese energy arts with Vlady Stevanovitch, refining her practice and the sacred path of inner exploration.

Trained in manual therapies by J.B. Rishi and Japanese masters Namikoshi and Matsunaga, Martine teaches in hospitals and alternative medicine centers.
She also practices body and voice placement through the laws of natural body resonance.
She trains teachers and leads classes, workshops, and training courses in France and abroad.
She participates in numerous conferences on yoga, health, art, and the sacred.

Our Yoga Teachers
Constantinos Giannetakis
VS
Constantinos has been practicing Sri BKS Iyengar yoga with passion and consistency since 1992. In 1996, he moved to France where he obtained his degree in clinical psychology at the University of Picardy. At the time, he understood that health is not just the absence of disease, but much more.
In 1999 he moved to London to continue his academic study of psychoanalysis while studying yoga. After returning to Greece in 2003, he opened the first Iyengar yoga center in Athens.
He dedicated his life to yoga and working with the body and mind. He is a certified teacher at the Iyengar School in London. Her meeting with Martine Le Chenic was decisive for the direction of her practice and teaching. At the same time, he practices Taïchi and learns Chinese medicine. He teaches an alignment technique that clarifies the connection between asana and pranayama and particularly the opportunity to understand the mind through the body, nature and breathing.
To regain awareness of your body and verticality, an intensive retreat with Constantinos Giannetakis will allow you to awaken to breathing, to the adjustment of postures on all levels: skeleton, organic, respiratory and energetic.
