WEEKEND of 7/8/9 June 2024
With Lauriane and Priscille

Lauriane: It is through my travels that I come across the road to Yoga. Trained in India since 2017, through courses, internships, and stays, I support children, women in perinatal care, adults, people with disabilities, seniors, on the path to physical and emotional well-being . I passionately support people who have the drive to understand themselves better and wish to move forward more serenely on their path.

Priscille Knowing yourself well is one of the keys to making aligned choices and taking right actions, developing more authenticity, harmony and living more joyfully with yourself and others. My thirst for finding avenues, tools for understanding and improvement to learn about myself better and discover my own resources allows me to have a global approach to this day.

Our Yoga Teachers

Isabelle Esposito

Trained in Ashtanga by great Anglo-Saxon masters such as Danny Paradise, John Scott, David Swenson, Richard Freeman, whom she followed on numerous courses, certified teacher trained by Heather Elton and Emil Wendel, Isabelle, today teaches a Vinyasa that is both fluid and meditative.

Its sequences, which alternate standing postures and sitting postures, aim to encourage students to listen to their bodies to better
nourish it and deepen their intuition in order to create an alignment of heart, body, thoughts, a source of well-being. His classes always include an introduction to pranayama and a long savasana. Isabelle also graduated from a business school, speaks 5 languages, was a journalist and associated with Oxfam to raise funds for girls' education in
the world. She continues to train in yoga while now working
with masters closer to Iyengar.

Claire Bruel

After a professional career in the world of IT within international companies, passionate about yoga and after a diploma in sophrology from the University of Lille, she decided in 2008 to create Vitality, the yoga and gentle therapies center in Levallois Perret. She graduated from Hatha Yoga in 2009 from the French federation of hatha yoga teachers and follows annual courses with the federation. She continues her practice in Ashtanga yoga and her training with Renan de Germain for a Vinyasa Yoga diploma approved RYT-200 by the international organization Yoga Alliance. In 2019, she trained in Yin Yoga with Cécile Roubaud. These courses took her to India, to Bali to study with Matthew Sweeney (Vinyasa Yoga Krama); Sheshadri (Ashtanga yoga)...

Today, Claire is developing Vitality's influence with a team of teachers who are also finely trained to offer a wide schedule of weekly courses. The taste for entertainment, the warm and friendly atmosphere of the courses, leads each year to offer, in always comfortable, charming and friendly places, weekends of practice to perfect and deepen, broaden your yoga with a smile and Nature.

Marjorie Moy

A professional dancer, it was during her career that she discovered yoga which, over the years, has become more and more important in her daily practice.

Already holding a DE in dance, she trained in 2007 at the French school of Ashtanga Yoga, 500h Yoga Alliance certified. She began teaching in 2010 and continued her training with different masters, in Ashtanga but also in hatha, vinyasa, restorative yoga and pre and post natal.

She has been teaching for more than ten years to a varied audience in different studios, schools and associations.

A Parisian perfumer dedicated for 20 years to Haute Parfumerie brands, she invented the first Parfum Workshop at Artisan Perfumer in 2001 and opened the world of fragrances to the general public.

Passionate about yoga, she graduated from Hatha Yoga in 2015 and followed numerous courses with Martine le Chenic and Constantinos Giannetakis to integrate the strength of the pelvic floor into her practice.

Today, Evelyne divides her time between Perfume and Yoga, and has chosen to live in Normandy at the Ermitage where she has created a space for exchange and conviviality.

Passionate about humans and the body in motion, Fanny shares her teaching with joy and good humor. She sees in the discipline of yoga a practice that respects oneself and others, combining the work of the body and the mind. Trained in Hatha Vinyasa, she accompanies her students in a demanding practice, with gentleness and kindness, to lead them to travel to the heart of themselves.

Constantinos Giannetakis

Constantinos has been practicing Sri BKS Iyengar yoga with passion and consistency since 1992. In 1996, he moved to France where he obtained his degree in clinical psychology at the University of Picardy. At the time, he understood that health is not just the absence of disease, but much more.

In 1999 he moved to London to continue his academic study of psychoanalysis while studying yoga. After returning to Greece in 2003, he opened the first Iyengar yoga center in Athens.

He dedicated his life to yoga and working with the body and mind. He is a certified teacher at the Iyengar School in London. Her meeting with Martine Le Chenic was decisive for the direction of her practice and teaching. At the same time, he practices Taïchi and learns Chinese medicine. He teaches an alignment technique that clarifies the connection between asana and pranayama and particularly the opportunity to understand the mind through the body, nature and breathing.

To regain awareness of your body and verticality, an intensive retreat with Constantinos Giannetakis will allow you to awaken to breathing, to the adjustment of postures on all levels: skeleton, organic, respiratory and energetic.
